Healthy Holiday Salad

Enjoy a healthy holiday salad that is so simple and quick to make.
These are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 fennel head
- 1 pomegranate fruit, washed, peeled and de-seaded
- 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 of a large orange
How to make:
- wash and cut top of fennel, cut into medium sized shreads
- cut in 1/2 and empty seeds from pomegranate
- peel and cut 1/2 of a large orange into cubes
- add all ingredients in a large bowl and add vinaigrette
