Veggie egg white cups

Ingredients needed:

- vedgetables of your choice (spinach,mushrooms,asparagus)

-salt and pepper

- olive oil

- egg whites in a container (store bought)

how to create:

- cut vegdetables of your choice into small bite size chunks

- grease the muffin pan with olive oil using a cloth or napkin

- add spinach as a base

- add all other vedgetables into muffin tin

- pour the liquid egg whites on top of veggies

- add the salt and pepper (cayene pepper flakes if wanted)

- place in oven at 250 degrees for a few minutes and make sure to watch them as they cook easily
