Cous Cous Salad

couscous salad:
ingredients needed:
- 1 cup Couscous (preferably whole wheat)
- handfull cherry tomatoes
- parsley or mint (to taste)
- 1/2 cup chick peas
- 2 -3 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper and oregano to taste
how to make:
- cook couscous on stovetop (use directions on package)
- cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl with cooked couscous
- add rinced chickpeas to bowl
- add chopped parsley or mint
- add olive oil
- add salt, pepper and oregano to taste
-Lemon is also optional
