Banana Smoothie
ingredients needed:
- 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen from the night before)
- 1/2 cup soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
- handfull of ice cubes
- cinnamon if you wish
How to prepare:
- add all ingredients in blender, magic bullet or nutri bullet and blend until smooth
- pour in a glass, add straw and enjoy
