Power Salad

This delicious power salad contains so many important nutrients and tastes really good
ingredients needed:
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 small chicken breast shreaded
- 1 tbsp of pine nuts
- 1 tbsp of low fat crumbled feta cheese
- handfull of cherry tomatoes
- bed of spinach
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
how to create:
- in a dish add a bed of spinach
- cut half an avocado into wedges and add onto dish
- cut chicken breast into chunks and add onto dish
- cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add
- sprinkle on the crumbled feta cheese
- sprinkle on the pine nuts
-add salt and pepper to taste
- drizzle on the olive oil and balsamic vinegar
